Enjoying Amy's Vegetable Lasagna as still ordering. I do add lightly a thin amount of real tasting butter, and a dab of sour cream to this dish. Amy's dishes appear small, however very filling, need only one dish and I am full. Recommend if one cannot have high fat meat that is included in most lasagnas, so yes, I will continue purchasing this dish. Thank you Amy's, and Walmart for carrying this item.
its unusual, but i really like it!
I bought this for my daughter who is vegetarian. She used to eat the stouffer's brand before she was vegetarian and she said she likes this brand even more. I already purchased a couple more because she liked it so much, I think this is a good vegetarian lasagna!
I love this vegetable lasagna. It is very similar to the vegetarian lasagna my mom used to make for us growing up. I have searched high and low for her old recipe, and this is really close! I love the flavors in this, and I will be ordering more!
This entree is enough for 2 meals. In my opinion, it's a nice, lighter option to the heaviness of the lasagna made with red sauce.
